- 1 cup mayo
- 3.5 oz sun dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp white wine vinegar
- 8 basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup mascarpone
1.) Mix all ingredients together simultaneously in food processor or blender.
2.) Place in fridge for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to marry.
*Use some of the oil that the sun dried tomatoes came to loosen up the sauce if needed.
